SHIPPING INFORMATION - AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL
One Peace ship all orders the same day, if made before 2pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST)
Please note, on Pre-Orders, your order will be shipped on the approximate date listed on your order. If multiple items are ordered and some are in stock - we will ship happily what's in stock now at no extra cost, with your Pre-Order shipping separately. All Pre-Orders receive complimentary express shipping.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We are proud to offer free express shipping on all orders over $140 in Australia and Internationally. Tracking will be sent and supplied by Australia Post to the email used when ordering. Express shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days in Australia, or 4-10 business days internationally.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS & INFORMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation, with tracking supplied shortly after. You may also receive a text message with tracking from Australia Post, with a link to track your items. One Peace ship fast, as our core ethos and values circle around providing the best customer service and shipping experience you’ve ever had with an online order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, if you need your order cancelled or edited in any way, including your address, please immediately contact shop@onepeaceswim.com and supply your order number and details for assistance.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and local taxes are not included on any International orders and may be payable on arrival to release your items through your local postal service. One Peace are not liable for payment of these taxes and duties, and are up to the receiver to pay.
RETURNS, STORE CREDITS & REFUNDS
We are happy to accept returns for items that are un-worn, with all tags and hygiene labels attached, in absolute original condition. If any signs of wear are visible, your order will not be eligible to be returned and will be sent back to you via standard post.
All returns are eligible for a store-credit or refund. For the store credit option, you will receive 115% of the order total back as a gift card to use with no expiry date, plus a $15 shipping credit. If you choose to receive a refund, a $25 return and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds and store-credits can take 4-10 business days to process once received. One Peace do not cover returns for change of mind and/or refunds.
Returns for store credit will only receive the 15% extra value once.

All orders placed with discount codes over 10% of value are not eligible for refunds, unless your item is deemed faulty by One Peace. All items are checked before sending as part of our strict quality control procedure and all leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
If ordered with any discount codes or as part of a sale, we are more than happy to offer a 115% store credit + a $15 shipping credit, with no expiry to you - this may be transferred to another person.
